Rehoboth Beach police are seeking a man they say stole a woman's purse near Funland. At 3 p.m. on Aug. 30, an unidentified woman was standing on the sidewalk in the first block of Delaware Avenue. The woman's white leather clutch purse was attached to the rear of a stroller where her 3-year-old child was riding.
