American Legion Auxiliary Unit 28 held its Annual Sept. 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance Sept 11at the Post Pavilion in Millsboro. This year's Candlelight Ceremony was focused on engaging the community in a service project as a tribute to 9/11 victims, survivors and those who rose up against the attacks. Source
