Rehoboth Beach commissioners Paul Kuhns and Patrick Gossett were sworn in for new three-year terms Sept. 18. Kuhns retakes the seat he lost in 2009. Ironically, Kuhns defeated the man who defeated him for the seat, Bill Sargent. Kuhns was first elected in 2006 and ran for mayor in 2008. Gossett won his second consecutive term.
