Sussex County officials have approved the phasing of a plan for the ongoing devleopment of the Vineyards at Nassau Valley project. At its Aug. 27 meeting, the planning and zoning commission voted to recommend developer Fernmoor Holdings' plan to develop the project in phases including two, three-story retail buildings east and west of the current retail/apartment buildings along Route 9 near Lewes.
