Rejoice! The parking meter season is over in Rehoboth Beach. Parking meter workers covered the city's meters Sept. 21, and they will remain that way until Memorial Day 2016. City employees in brightly colored shirts, such as Jim Vaseleck shown here, spent the day disabling the meters. City Manager Sharon Lynn said early indications are that the city is projected to exceed the $3 million mark budgeted this year. Source
