A 30-year-old Lewes man faces charges after police say he broke into Surf Bagel three times over Sept. 24 and 25 and took more than $600 in food. Police responded to the restaurant at 17382 Coastal Highway at 3:30 p.m. and discovered someone had broken into a refrigerator and taken several boxes of frozen food, said Sgt.
