A white woman wearing a black hoodie and a white surgical mask robbed the TD Bank on Route 1 Sept. 27. The woman walked into the bank at 34980 Midway Outlet Drive at 1:04 p.m. and demanded money, said Sgt. Richard Bratz of the Delaware State Police.
