State and local officials along with library supporters signed their names to the final beam that will be placed in the new Lewes Public Library. The ceremonial beam was painted white and placed in the parking lot of the existing library for folks to sign Aug. 8. Some folks signed their names, while others wrote messages of good luck. Source
