A Millsboro man is facing DUI and traffic charges after an early morning crash in Jan. 17 sent two of his passengers to the hospital. Dillon Davis, 23, was driving a 2003 Saturn Ion northbound on Long Neck Road approaching Bay Road in Millsboro, shortly after 12 a.m., when he lost control of the vehicle while rounding a curve.
