After a year's hiatus, the Winter Gala is returning to Dewey Beach. The seventh gala will be held Saturday, Feb. 20, in the Baycenter of Lighthouse Cove. "We want to use the gala as an excuse to celebrate Dewey and all it has to offer," said Starboard owner Steve Montgomery.
