Gov. Jack Markell will be giving his eighth, and final, State of the State today, beginning at 2 p.m. He will be joined in Legislative Hall in Dover by First Lady Carla Markell, members of the General Assembly, members of the Judiciary, Cabinet members and distinguished guests to announce his plans and goals for the state for the upcoming year.
