Kevin Kelly sworn in to Milton Town Council

Milton resident Kevin Kelly, also the interim director at the Milton Historical Society, was sworn in to Milton Town Council Oct. 5. Milton Town Council unanimously approved Kelly's appointment to council during a Sept. 14 meeting. Kelly replaces former councilman Ed Kost, who resigned from his council position in July. Kelly is expected to finish Kost's three-year term, which ends in 2018.
