The Rehoboth Beach planning commission unanimously approved a minor subdivision creating four new lots on Scarborough Avenue Extended. The commission allowed owner William Roger Truitt to divide two lots into four, with three buildable lots of 5,963, 5,000 and 5,100-square feet, respectively.
