To celebrate the Halloween season, Cape Henlopen State Park is hosting its 27th annual Children's Fantasy Trail from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 23, and Saturday, Oct. 24, and from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 25. The event is designed for young children in costume to trick-or-treat for candy and meet storybook characters. The cost is $5 a person. Source
