This beautiful 3 year old Pibble is on day 253 as a resident of the First State Animal Shelter-SPCA in Camden, DE. We might not know his full history, but staff and volunteers tell us he's a big lover-boy, knows some basic commands, absolutely responds to treat training and loves to show you he trusts you by asking for belly rubs.
