Library dirt recycled at dog park

Excess dirt from the site of the new Lewes Public Library and trail head is being transported to the new Lewes Unleashed dog park off New Road. The dirt is being used to grade the dog park site. Officials say the 4.5-acre park is still on track for a spring 2016 opening. Fundraising efforts continue with an organized bus trip to the Westminster Dog Show in New York City Saturday, Feb. 13.
