After seven years as Rehoboth Beach's building inspector, Terri Sullivan announced she would be leaving effective Wednesday, Aug. 12. Sullivan said she was leaving to move to Florida, where the warmer weather will be better for her husband's health issues. Sullivan handed her notice to City Manager Sharon Lynn July 31.
