Man shot by police sentenced to home confinement

A Georgetown man who was shot in his home by a Delaware State Police officer was sentenced to two years of home confinement after pleading guilty to charges of resisting arrest with force. Michael Rogers, 54, will also have to undergo 45 days of treatment for alcohol abuse and will also be monitored with an ankle bracelet. Rogers did not speak in his defense or apologize at his July 24 sentencing in Delaware ...
