A 21-year-old Millville man is in critical condition and a Lewes boy, 13, was evaluated for injuries following an ATV crash in Dover Aug. 15. The crash happened at 4:08 p.m. when Dalton T. Weiss, 21, of Millville was driving a 2012 Suzuki Ozark ATV northbound through a grassy yard at 587 South Old Mill Road with a 13-year-old Lewes boy as passenger, said Sgt.
