All but one charge dropped against Milton-area dog owners

Nancy Smith, a Milton-area woman whose terrier mix bit a neighbor's dog in March, pled guilty in Sussex County Court of Common Pleas July 21 to a misdemeanor charge of having the dog off a leash.
