A 17-year-old Milford boy is in critical condition after police say he drove off a Milford area road July 20. Michael T. Lofland was driving westbound on Cedar Beach Road west of Mills Road at 11:34 a.m. at an apparent high rate of speed when he failed to negotiate a right hand curve, said Sgt.
