A 46-year-old Lewes man is facing 25 counts of dealing in child pornography following an undercover investigation of child pornography. Stephen Scheder was arrested July 22 at his Lewes home, where the Delaware State Police Intelligence Unit found at least 25 images of child pornography on Scheder's home computers and a thumb drive.
