Attorneys for Rehoboth Beach have filed a motion to dismiss a federal lawsuit challenging the voting in the city's June 27 referendum on the ocean outfall and City Hall projects. City officials, in a press release, also say they will press forward with the two projects, despite being threatened with an injunction if they do so.
