A 21-year-old Lincoln man is facing a second-degree rape charge after a reported sexual assault in Dewey Beach. Dewey Beach Police Department spokesman Sgt. Clifford Dempsey said police responded to a residence on Bellevue Street about 5:30 a.m., July 22, for the report of a sexual assault.
