Rehoboth voters approve outfall, new city hall

Property owners of Rehoboth Beach have spoken and they have approved borrowing funds for an ocean outfall and a new City Hall. By a 637-606 vote, Rehoboth citizens approved borrowing $52.5 million for the outfall project.
