Rehoboth could change restaurant-size requirements

Rehoboth Beach officials are reconsidering the 5,000-square-foot size limitations on restaurants serving alcohol. Under the proposal, the city would not count space for storage, kitchen and service area towards the size limit. The limit would instead apply to the seated dining area and bar.
