Delaware State Police are investigating a two-car crash on Route 24 that killed one person. The crash occurred at 5:24 p.m. Nov. 14 at the intersection of Route 24 and Bulls Eye Lane in Millsboro, said Master Cpl. Jeff Hale of the Delaware State Police. One person died; Route 24 is closed in both directions during the investigation, Hale said. He advised commuters to avoid the area.
