BPW approves Highland Acres work

The residents of Highland Acres will soon have water, sewer and new roads. The Lewes Board of Public Works approved a bid from Teal Construction Inc. Oct. 28 to expand infrastructure to the 55-home community by next summer. Cost to residents is estimated to be about $1,900 per year.
