A Millsboro man, 49, was fined after police say he removed a shark from the water. Robert W. Borgmann Jr. was in a vessel on the water Aug. 22 when he removed a prohibited shark species from the water, said Cpl. John McDerby of the Division of Fish & Wildlife.
