DNREC to hold Aug. 29 public hearing in Dover on proposed regulations for evaluating state?s energy efficiency programs

DOVER (Aug. 4, 2016) – DNREC's Division of Energy & Climate will hold a public hearing this month on newly proposed regulations for the evaluation, measurement and verification of energy efficiency programs recommended by Delaware's Energy Efficiency Advisory Council.
