Lewes Mayor Ted Becker presented Police Chief Jeffrey Horvath with a retirement badge at the mayor and city council meeting April 11. The meeting was Horvath's last, as he will move on to become the new executive director of the Delaware Police Chiefs' Council in Dover. Horvath came to Lewes in 2010.
