The Cannabis Bureau of Delaware and other citizens gathered in Legislative Hall May 17 to lobby legislators for cannabis reform. Zoë Patchell, Cannabis Bureau of Delaware co-chair, told a couple dozen of her pro-legalization counterparts that it's important to let local representatives know there's a segment of their constituency who are cannabis consumers.
