Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the 5th annual Dewey Beach Arts Festival has been rescheduled to Sunday, May 8. A previously scheduled, the event will still take place from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on the bay side of Dagsworthy Avenue.
