An Ellendale man faces charges after police say he distributed heroin. Police went to a Lincoln home in the 8000 block of North Old State Road at 8:15 p.m. Feb. 29 where they saw Shyron R. Floyd, 39, standing outside, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police. Floyd ran on foot into a wooded area while police chased him with a K9, Fournier said.
