At the March Town of Millsboro Council meeting, the Millsboro Town Council welcomed the newest police officer, Ptlm. Michael Gorman, to the Millsboro Police Department team. On Feb. 12, Gorman graduated from the Delaware State Police Academy. Shown is Mayor John Thoroughgood with Gorman.
