The Lewes Lowe's has reopened after officials closed the store for about two hours to investigate a suspicious item in the parking lot. The Delaware State Police Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit responded to the scene at about noon and used a robot to examine a shopping cart outside of the garden center.
