Dog control operation switches to state Jan. 1

The Delaware Office of Animal Welfare is working in overdrive to get its Sussex County operation up and running by a Jan. 1, 2016 deadline. Hetti Brown, the office's executive director, spoke to Sussex County Council Dec. 8 to outline how the office will work.
