Wilmington Man Charged with Animal Cruelty After Dog Dies in Hot Car

Officers from the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) Office of Animal Welfare (OAW) arrested a Wilmington man following an incident involving the death of a dog left in a hot vehicle.
