DNREC Division of Parks & Recreation Observation Tower in Cape Henlopen State Park to undergo repairs beginning Nov. 5

DNREC has announced thatTower 7, also known as the Observation Tower, at Cape Henlopen State Park will be closed for repaits from NOvember 5 through the end of the year.
