DNREC Natural Resources Police Environmental Crimes Unit charges New Castle woman in trash dumping incident

After investigating an illegal dumping complaint made to DNREC's Division of Community Affairs, Natural Resources Police Environmental Crimes Unit arrested a New Castle woman Thursday, Aug. 2 in connection with the incident.
