Please note the following update regarding flag lowering for fallen Delaware State Police Corporal Stephen J. Ballard. A service in honor of Corporal Ballard’s memory is scheduled for Friday, May 5 followed by his interment. Accordingly, all flags should be returned to full staff at the close of business that day, Friday May 5.
