Public input sought by Delaware Open Space Council regarding Open Space Program Plan

DOVER – Public workshops will be held this month in all three Delaware counties for gathering comment about the Open Space Program Plan following amendments made to the state's Land Protection Act last year and public concern about certain components of the Open Space Program.
