A 27-year-old Milton man has been charged with vehicular homicide after police say he drove into a Verizon worker, pinning him to his work van. The worker died at the scene. After his release from the hospital June 9, Zachary M. Krytzer was charged with first-degree homicide and driving under the influence of drugs, said Master Cpl.
