Nanticoke Indian Association Chief Natosha Carmine was the featured speaker at the Inland Bays Foundation's April meeting, when she discussed crabbing and fishing in clean waters. Carmine, who grew up on the Indian River, is the first female chief of the Nanticoke association. She also was the featured speaker at Millsboro's first Earth Day celebration at Cupola Park in Millsboro April 22. Source
