The Ellendale Police Department is asking for the public's help finding Michael C. Foskey, who is also wanted by New Castle, Kent and Sussex county Court of Common Pleas and Justice of the Peace Court 14. Foskey is wanted by Ellendale police on two counts of criminal impersonation, driving while suspended, no proof of insurance and failure to stop on the command of a police officer, said Chief Bruce Von Goerres.
