Rehoboth Beach police are seeking the identity of a man who they say was selling unauthorized Polar Bear Plunge T-shirts Feb. 7. The man was in the area of Rehoboth Avenue and the Boardwalk during the annual Polar Bear Plunge, said Lt. Jaime B. Riddle of the Rehoboth Beach Police Department.
